The exercises that I give you will
begin with some cardio and then
be tailored to meet your physical
requirements.

Exercises such as Bridges, Figure
4 Stretches, Cats & Dogs and
Long Turns With Club - Half Kneeling
are commonly used as part of
the Titleist Performance Institute's
fitness program.

I'll start off with a run through of
these exercises with you during
our first session and depending
upon the number of sessions you
book with me, I'll re-access your
workout as you progress.

Although for me to supervise your
workout each session should be done
at a gym, all of the exercises can also
be done easily by yourself at home.
